When can I expect my monthly box?
Your payment will draft on the day you purchase for your first month and boxes ship mid to late month. Subsequent boxes will draft on the 22nd of the month.
I'm local to the La Crosse area. Can I pickup at the Boutique?
YES! Just choose the pickup option at checkout. When the boxes are ready for pickup, you will be emailed.
I live out of town, can my box be shipped?
YES! We can ship for an additional $9.95 for the Bathing Beauty or Natural Beauty Boxes. We can ship the Ultimate Natural Beauty box to you for $11.95. Just chose the shipping option at checkout.
Can I ship to someone else as a gift?
YES! Just complete the shipping address where you would like the monthly boxes shipped to upon checkout. **NEW! We now offer 3, 6, and 12 mo. pre-paid gift options.**
If I subscribe to the Ultimate Box, will my Natural Beauty Box and Bathing Beauty Box ship separately?
No. the items will be combined for the month. One shipping fee for both!
Is there a minimum month commitment or can I cancel anytime?
No commitment. If you need to cancel your subscription, please email angie@naturalbeautysoaps.net. Please note: As I do work ahead to create these goodies, cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date or you will be charged for the following month.
If I'm a current Bathing Beauty Box or Natural Beauty Box subscriber, can I upgrade to the Ultimate Natural Beauty Box?
YES! Subscribe to the Ultimate Natural Beauty Box and leave a note you're wanting to upgrade. When your order is processed, we will go in and remove your current box subscription.
